Membership Service Agreement for SmatageeQR

Welcome to SmatageeQR. This Membership Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the SmatageeQR subscription service. By subscribing to our service through the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

Your SmatageeQR membership will continue until terminated. To use the SmatageeQR service, you must have internet access and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment through your Apple ID ("Payment Method").

3.1 Billing Cycle: The membership fee for the SmatageeQR service will be charged annually to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. In some cases, your payment date may change.

3.2 Payment Methods: To use the SmatageeQR service, you must provide a Payment Method through your Apple ID. You authorize Apple to charge your Payment Method for the subscription fee.

3.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your SmatageeQR membership at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, go to the "Subscriptions" section in your Apple ID account settings and follow the instructions for cancellation.

We may change our membership plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your membership plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you through the Apple App Store.

The SmatageeQR service and any content accessed through our service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household.

SmatageeQR services are provided "as is" and without warranty. In no event shall SmatageeQR be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
